Prized for its ripple figuring, birch has many uses including manufacturing long-boards and making wigwams. This elegant derby handled town stick is made with a stained birch handle mounted on a lacquered maple wood stick and finished with a gilt spacer. This walking stick can be cut to the appropriate length for the user and will be finished with a bell-shaped rubber ferrule for grip on hard surfaces.
