Once your order has been paid and completed, we aim to despatch your goods within 10 working days. When this is not possible we aim to notify the customer at the first available opportunity to explain the delay and discuss what options might be available.

If your goods have not arrived seven working days after despatch, please let us know as soon as possible
Items that are not from stock and that are made especially for you will take longer to supply. We aim to advise the customer via email after placing your order to inform you of any delays. Specially made items can not be returned should you change your mind.
Please note that certain destination countries may levy an import duty on goods exceeding a particular value. Duties may also apply to umbrellas and walking sticks made from certain woods or with certain finishings.

It is your responsibility to ascertain what import duties, if any, may be payable and to arrange payment for them. As laws and import duties change frequently, James Smith & Sons (Umbrellas) Ltd. cannot offer you advice on import duties that your country levies on imports.
